It Darkens the Threshold

It Darkens The Threshold is a Live Roleplay game for 2 players. It is a game of temptation, tantalization, trust, and terror. 

One player will play a normal person in their home, and the other player will be the monster at their door. The monster’s may want to kill you, or it may want something else. The human has heard about how the monster acts and how they might protect themselves, but who knows how much truth is in the rumors?

This game occurs in 7 stages:
1. Consent & Boundary Prenegotiation
2. Establish The Setting
3. Hear The Rumors
4. Set Up
5. Determine The Monster’s Motive
6. Learn The Truth
7. It Darkens The Threshold

You will need:
About an hour, but you set the pace
At least one private room or space
Optional: wards & other relevant items 
Optional: set dressings to make a scene 
Optional: monster makeup and/or costuming
